Digital-rights legislation increasingly depends on technical systems that can represent legal obligations, assess risks, document decisions, and support recourse for affected individuals. Yet many of these tools — impact assessments, algorithmic registers, ODR platforms, and compliance ontologies — are still rarely studied as AI & Law research objects in their own right.
RT4RJ brings these infrastructures into focus through the expertise of researchers already working on data protection, ontology engineering for regulatory obligations, knowledge graphs for deliberative democracy, and access-to-justice research.
